At the TVET Conference on September 15th, researchers unveiled their latest findings on the “Relevance of the Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) Cycle in Creating Inclusive Environments in TVET Schools.” This pioneering research, based on a comprehensive pilot study of School Education, highlighted the transformative potential of the PDSA Cycle in enhancing inclusivity within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. By implementing the PDSA Cycle effectively, TVET schools can better accommodate students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds, ultimately preparing them for success in the workforce.
